Who you know
I can hardly believe how long it has been since I last posted. My life has been so busy and many exciting things have been happening. One thing I've learned over the last few months is that it is all about who you know?What do I mean by this? Well, there are many books that try to teach a person how to invest, how to start a business, how make money, etc. In fact, I've read many of these type of books. But experience has taught me something that you won't find in any of the books. You won't hear this in university or college. And yet, it is probably the BEST way to succeed in life. I'm sure that anyone who has become wealthy would attest to this "secret" as their foundation to their success.The secret to unlimited wealth creation is...Networking. Yes, it is that simple and because of its simplicity it is often over looked. There is nothing more powerful then leveraging another's talents, skill, knowledge and relationships to your own advantage. This is how you will find yourself enjoying immeasurable success. But this all takes one skill that you cannot fake. You have to be able to build relationships. Relationships involve trust. So the biggest skill in business in my estimation is honesty and trustworthiness.All the best opportunities in my life have come from people I know. It wasn't because I was the most skilled business person, the most educated person or anything else related to that. It was because I formed many relationships with people that have the same winning attitude as I. My friends are my biggest asset by far in every way! You never know what value your friends might have...they just might be worth gold to you.
